XLC 350/450-P PN 16

The CSA Model XLC 350/450-P is a globe pattern hydraulically operated automatic control valve, normally closed, that opens in response to the signals supplied by a battery operated programmer, regardless of upstream pressure variations. The main function is to flush dead ends or create water circulation by using up to three programs per day.

• Unit flow regulator device, needle valves and flow stabilizers in stainless steel.

• Painting with fluidized bed technology RAL 5005.

Applications
• Water distribution dead line flushing through impulses coming from battery operated programmer.
• Pressure relief and water circulation of pipe segments to avoid deposits and excessive static conditions.

Standard and connections
• Design and testing according to EN 1074.
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 400 mm, higher on request.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, different on request.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16-25 bar.
• Minimum working pressure: 0.7 bar acting on the pilot.
• Treated water maximum 70°C, higher temperature on request.
