CSA Ltd. products and solutions are warranted for one year from the date of shipment with respect to defects in workmanship, material, or workmanship that become apparent during operation, provided that the products are installed and used in accordance with the directions provided by CSA Ltd. Within the terms of this warranty period, any product found to be defective upon receipt by the customer will be repaired or replaced free of charge (including freight charges). This warranty is explicitly conditioned on the customer sending written notification to CSA Ltd. immediately upon discovery of the defect.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified or repaired by others, CSA Ltd. in no way guarantees such repairs or modifications unless authorized in writing by CSA. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed, implied, oral or written, including any implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. All other guarantees are then considered invalid. CSA Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of the product. CSA Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any damages or expenses for labor or expenses to make repairs or adaptations to the product.
CSA Ltd. also assumes no responsibility for any damages or expenses due to the use or adaptation of data, information, technical communications of any nature provided by it in the course of its business, including dimensional indications regarding products, movies, and any kind of information that may be used for design elaborations and for installation purposes. No representative of CSA srl may modify any of the foregoing conditions or assume any additional responsibility or liability in connection with the product.
The liability of CSA srl is limited to the replacement of returned defective material, with transportation paid for by CSA, at 15 San Giuseppe road, Località Ponteghiara, Salsomaggiore Terme (43039) (PR).
