GOLIA 3F

The CSA Mod. GOLIA 3F, is a full bore high quality single chamber double function combination air valve that evacuates air during pipeline filling, allows release of air pockets from pressurized pipelines, and admits large volume of air in the event of pipe draining/burst, to prevent vacuum and negative pressure conditions. Entirely made in special alloys like stainless steel, Duplex or Super Duplex, GOLIA 3F is a well proven and reliable solution for aggressive environments like seawater, process plants, refineries and many more.

• Body and cover in stainless steel AISI 316, Duplex 2205 or Super Duplex 2507, different grades on request.
• Air release system in stainless steel AISI 316 or Duplex 2205.
• Floats in solid PP.
• Seat in in stainless steel AISI 316, Duplex 2205 or Super Duplex 2507, different grades on request.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16-25-40 bar.
• Minimum working pressure: 0.2 bar.
• Treated water maximum 60°C, higher temperature on request.

Connections
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 400 mm.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, ANSI 150, AS; different on request.
• Threaded 1" - 2" BSP F; NPT on request.
