A2-A3 – Two and three ways flow accelerators

Description

The A2 (two-way) and A3 (three-way) auxiliary valves, of the flow-through type and diaphragm-regulated, reproduce the operation of an XLC valve on a smaller scale: the rise and fall of pressure in the upper chamber cause them to close and open, switching the different pressure ports. They are used in hydrovalve circuits to ensure a flow suitable for correct operation. The choice of materials and specific design features make them suitable for long operating cycles, without wear and without the need for frequent maintenance.

Features:

  • Two-way (A2) and three-way (A3) auxiliary valves, flow-through type.
  • Diaphragm regulation; switching of the pressure ports.
  • Internal components in stainless steel; EPDM-Nylon diaphragm; NBR gasket.
  • Used in CSA XLC series hydrovalve circuits.
  • 3/8″ F connections.

Working conditions:

  • Fluid: treated water.
  • Maximum temperature: 70°C.
  • Maximum pressure: 25 bar.

Technical data: Kv A2 1.4 m³/h · Kv A3 straight-way 0.93 m³/h · Kv A3 angle 1.1 m³/h · weight A2 0.58 kg · weight A3 0.74 kg.

Reference standards: Design and testing in accordance with EN 1074.
