XLC 312/412 PN 25
Pressure reducing/sustaining valve
The CSA model XLC 312/412 is a globe pattern hydraulically operated automatic control valve that reduces and stabilizes the downstream pressure to a constant value, regardless of variation in demands, maintaining at the same time the upstream pressure within a minimum value.

Product features
• Body and cover in ductile cast iron GJS 450-10. • Internals in ductile cast iron GJS 450-10 and stainless steel. • Position indicator in stainless steel. • Circuitry in stainless steel. • Unit flow regulator device, needle valves and flow stabilizers in stainless steel. • Seat in stainless steel. • Painting with fluidized bed technology RAL 5005. |
Applications
• Installed on the main line to prioritize elevated pressure zones maintaining a downstream pressure to a pre-set value. • At the pumps to prevent excessive flow and ensuring at the same time the water supply within pressure values acceptable for the system. • Located between two pressure zones to compensate the lower one with exceeding values at night, and throttling with peak hours to maintain the upper one to the desired value. |
