XLC 325/425 PN 16/25

The CSA Model XLC 325/425 is a globe pattern hydraulically operated automatic control valve that sustains, if installed in-line, and will relief if installed in derivation from the main line, the upstream pressure to a pre-set value regardless of variations in demand. Thanks to the solenoid control the valve will be able to close or open, in response to a signal sent from remote or by an external controller. If the upstream pressure decreases below the pilot set point the valve will close drip tight, assuring the proper operation also in static conditions.

• Unit flow regulator device, needle valves and flow stabilizers in stainless steel.
• Seat in stainless steel.
• Painting with fluidized bed technology RAL 5005.

Applications
• Water storage tanks regulation by means of backpressure control and closure through signals linked to sensors in case of excessive water level.
• Flow regulation acting on the upstream pressure with the possibility of valve’s closing and opening completely in response to a signal.
• Located between two pressure zones to supply the lower one through the exceeding values from upstream , with sectioning through an impulse in case of alarms and emergencies.

Standard and connections
• Design and testing according to EN 1074.
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 400 mm, higher on request.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, different on request.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16-25 bar.
• Minimum working pressure: 0.7 bar acting on the pilot.
• Treated water maximum 70°C, higher temperature on request.
