XLC 330/430 PN 25

The CSA model XLC 330/430 is a globe pattern hydraulically operated automatic control valve that limits the flow to a pre-set value, regardless of pressure variations. In case of flow rate lower than the required set point the valve will be fully opened. The valve is supplied with an orifice plate assembly, needed for the proper functioning and connected to the pilot.

Applications
• Flow rate control at the supply line of a tank.
• Pumps protection against excessive flow conditions.
• Avoiding excessive flow if installed on gravity lines right downstream of storage tanks.
• Stabilizing water consumption of secondary lines and districts in derivation from main and elevated pressure zones.

Standard and connections
• Design and testing according to EN 1074.
• Flanges size from DN 50 to DN 400 mm, higher on request.
• Flanges standard EN 1092/2, different on request.

Working conditions
• Pressure range: 10-16-25 bar.
• Minimum working pressure: 1.2 bar acting on the pilot.
• Treated water maximum 70°C, higher temperature on request.
