SCF 2"

The CSA Mod. SCF 2" is a compact high quality single chamber double function combination air valve that evacuates air during pipeline filling, allows release of air pockets from pressurized pipelines, and admits large volume of air in the event of pipe draining/burst, to prevent vacuum and negative pressure conditions. Entirely made in ductile cast iron, with air release system and seat in stainless steel, SCF 2" is designed to ensure long lasting and reliable performances also in presence of raw sewage keeping the solids and dirt away from the air release and sealing system.

• Upper and lower bodies in ductile cast iron GJS 450-10.
• Air release system in stainless steel.
• Float in stainless steel AISI 316.
• Seat in stainless steel.
• Painting with fluidized bed technology RAL 5005.

Working conditions
• Raw sewage.
• Pressure range: 10-16 bar.
• Minimum working pressure: 0.2 bar.
• Maximum temperature : 60°C, higher on request.

Connections
• Threaded connection 2" BSP F, NPT on request.
• Supplied with fittings and flanges on request.
