The model is a complete assembly including the CSA high quality single chamber wastewater air valve SCF 2", also available with the anti-surge non slam feature, the main stand pipe and a sectioning device which make it suitable for buried underground installation without the need of any chambers, therefore reducing installation costs. The air valve evacuates air during pipeline filling, allows release of air pockets from pressurized pipelines, and admits large volume of air in the event of pipe draining/burst, to prevent vacuum and negative pressure conditions. Maintenance can be carried out from the top even when the system is under pressure, thanks to the built in sectioning device, and a drain on the bottom of the pipe will prevent accumulation of water during operation.
